Our Story
Moholi & Booysen Incorporated Attorneys is a 100% black woman-owned boutique law firm, which was founded in 2020 by Mrs Siphiwo Moholi and Miss Caylin Booysen . The law firm was a response to the need to provide professional, efficient and commercially sound legal services to our clients.
We specialize in all aspects of Conveyancing ,Notarial Practice, Evictions, Deceased Estates, Medical Negligence & Realty.
Our Team
Mrs Siphiwo Moholi
Co- Founder & Director
Mrs Siphiwo Moholi obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree at Rhodes University in 2013 and completed her LLB at Rhodes University in 2015. She was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2018 after completing the Practical Legal Training course and articles of clerkship. Mrs Moholi has experience in conveyancing matters (i.e. transfers and bond registrations), vehicle repossessions for major banks in South Africa, debt review and divorce matters.
Miss Caylin Booysen
Co- Founder & Director
Miss Caylin Booysen completed her LLB at the University of Witwatersrand in 2015. She was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2019 after completing Practical Legal Training and 1 year of articles. She obtained her LLM in taxation at the University of Witwatersrand in 2020. Miss Booysen has experience in debt collections, vehicle repossessions for major banks and other areas of practice.
